JOHN RUNK: AN ODE TO STILLWATER

In 2008, a shoebox of 8mm films from famed MN photographer John Runk were discovered in a closet.  I was able to finish the film about Stillwater he was making when he died.

INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

ALANA & THE KILN

This film was made for a film event called “Earth & Light.”  I live in an area rich in ceramic artists.  I like to film their work with emphasis on hands, tools & materials.

“STILLWATER” by Frankie Lee

I made this film for my friend, musician Frankie Lee.  We screened it at The Cedar for his “Stillwater” album release and The Rolling Stone linked it when his album was released internationally.

NICK & HIS STUDIO
